The 8th National Adventure Festival is a celebration of courage, teamwork, and exploration. It encourages students to step out of their comfort zones, face thrilling challenges, and embrace leadership through adventure-based experiences. Through physically engaging activities and collaborative tasks, this festival aims to build confidence, resilience, and a strong spirit of unity among the youth.
The Notre Dame Outward Bound Adventure Club (OBAC) is a long-standing cooperative organisation at Notre Dame College, Dhaka. Founded in 1966, Notre Dame Outward Bound Adventure Club is considered the first high school adventure club and the first adventure club in South Asia, promoting ethical, mental and physical growth through a series of trips and explorations all over the country. During this time, it became increasingly popular among venturesome students. Because of that, the club has expanded its activities, including intra events and workshops. The National Adventure Festival has been its signature event since 2017, and it is without a doubt one of the best gathering of adventurers in the country. Seven editions of the Carnival have been held, and not one of them has failed to impress the students. The 8th National Adventure Festival will add a new dimension in NAF history with a bunch of new creative events, moreover some flagship events too.
